We accept cash on collection and even cash on delivery as long as a non-refundable deposit is made before delivery is
attempted on a agreed date.
On receipt of your order we will send a confirmation email including our Terms and Conditions. If you do not receive a confirmation within

Orders are treated according to the availability of the goods and will be allocated upon payment. Once the availability of your purchase is confirmed you will receive an approximate delivery date.
DELIVERY
At the time of booking, please make sure we have the best number to contact you on at the time of delivery and if possible two telephone numbers i.e. home and mobile. If you need to change your delivery for any
reason please call us.

Delivery of Goods
All items will be delivered to your doorstep as standard. In the case where the carrier may bring the goods into the
customer’s premises they will not be insured and are under no obligation to do so. Deliveries requiring special arrangements
can sometimes be made but will be at an additional cost to you.
We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
This means items in your order may arrive at different times.
In the case where the customer insists on part delivery for whatever reason any additional costs incurred by the company will be charged to the
customer, the same charge applies even if free delivery is given.
When you place your order you must inform us of any access restrictions or circumstances which may prevent successful delivery being completed.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all the goods you have ordered will fit into your home. Please check the measurements of all access areas e.g. doorways, hallways, stairs, stairwells, etc. The furniture is handmade and all measurements are approximate and can vary up to 3cm. We are unable to refund orders which cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, or items do not fit the room.
Delivery Insurance
Your goods are fully insured until they reach the delivery
destination whereby the insurance liability falls upon the recipient. An
adult must be available at the address to check your goods, sign and
acknowledge receipt in a safe and satisfactory condition. It is the
responsibility of the customer to make a note on the delivery paperwork of any
damage or defect of the goods, neither the carrier nor Dooleys Furniture will be held responsible for any damage not noted on delivery paperwork.
Delivery Times
All delivery dates and times quoted are approximate. Whilst
every effort will be made to accommodate customer’s requirements no guarantee
of time can be given. In some cases, the delivery times we quote are subject to
our suppliers having the product in stock, on popular lines they occasionally
run out. When this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible to avoid
inconvenience.
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but
the customer is not present or unwilling to receive the delivery we reserve the
right to charge the customer again for the total value of the delivery of the
goods unless otherwise specified.
We will not accept claims for inconvenience, compensation or
cancellation, etc caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.
DAMAGES & RETURNS
It is the responsibility of the customer to make a note on
the delivery paperwork of any damage or defect of the goods, neither the
carrier nor Dooleys Furniture will be
held responsible for any damage not noted on delivery paperwork.
Please note if any items are damaged in order for us to
offer the best possible service please contact
us immediately, email info@dooleysfurniture.com
or phone 01756 798392 with as much detail of the damage or loss as you can
provide, as soon as possible after delivery.
We can then follow up the difficulty with the carriers.
Please do not return damaged products to Dooleys Furniture unless or until requested to do so as this may incur additionalcosts unnecessarily.
This will be confirmed within 24 hours and the relevant
process will be put in place for replacement etc if applicable.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will not be accepted if goods have been
reserved, stored or despatched by ourselves, or by our suppliers.
In the unlikely event you should want to return an item to
us we are pleased to offer all customers the right to return orders to us
within 7 working days. Please note: The "7 working days" start from the
day you receive the goods.
Should you wish to return your items we will provide a full
refund for the purchase price of the goods; however the buyer is always
responsible for any carriage costs involved.
In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be
packed in the original packaging and in perfect condition. We will forward your
refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned items back to us.
